Services

From ongoing conditions to specialized treatment, Solas Health brings primary care and focused services together in one place, with one provider who knows your history.

Telehealth Visits

Secure video visits for follow-ups, medication management, lab result reviews, and other concerns that don’t require a hands-on exam. Telehealth is available to patients located in North Dakota at the time of the visit, and we’ll let you know if an in-person visit is needed instead.

Preventive Care

Annual wellness visits, health screenings, and risk assessments to catch problems early and keep you on track. We review your history, order age-appropriate screening labs, and refer you for screenings we don’t perform in the office, such as mammograms and colonoscopies.

Medication Management

Ongoing review and adjustment of your medications across all of the services above, including refills, safety checks, and coordination with your pharmacy and other providers.

Medical Marijuana evaluation

Evaluation for patients who may qualify for North Dakota’s medical marijuana program. We review your history and qualifying condition and complete your certification if you meet the state’s requirements. Recertification visits are available too. The state makes the final decision on registry cards.

Mental Health Management

Evaluation and ongoing medication management for common mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, with regular follow-up and referrals to therapy and other support. Add other conditions only if you manage them yourself.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Personalized hormone therapy with regular lab monitoring and follow-up. We start with your symptoms, history, and lab results, with options for low testosterone and menopause-related symptoms, and adjust your plan as your labs and symptoms change.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Confidential, non-stigmatizing treatment for alcohol use disorder and opioid or opioid-like substance use disorder, including kratom. Care includes medication, regular follow-up, and referrals to counseling and other support. Treatment records receive additional federal privacy protection. We also see patients with other substance use concerns.

Weight Management

Medically supervised weight management built around your health, your goals, and your history. Visits include medical evaluation, ongoing support, and medication options when they are clinically appropriate.

Low-Acuity Acute Care

Same-week visits for everyday illnesses and minor injuries, such as colds, sore throats, sinus and ear infections, urinary symptoms, and rashes. If something needs a higher level of care than we can safely provide, we’ll tell you and help you get there.

Chronic Illness Management

Ongoing care for conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, thyroid disorders, and other long-term conditions. We monitor your progress, adjust medications, and coordinate labs and specialist referrals along the way.
